Rocky Gap Publishing, LLC ships physical books within the United States and to select international destinations.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or due to circumstances outside our control.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout and are based on destination, order size, and selected service. We use reputable carriers that provide tracking for domestic and international shipments.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Rocky Gap Publishing, LLC does not mark shipments as gifts or undervalue items on customs declarations.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary significantly due to customs processing and carrier handling.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for individual orders or provided in advance for institutional and bulk orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an order arrives damaged or defective.
Delivery Issues
Rocky Gap Publishing, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other events outside our control.
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage so we can assist you.
Institutional and Bulk Orders
Shipping arrangements for institutional, library, and bulk orders—domestic or international—may differ from individual orders and will be communicated at the time of purchase or invoicing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal to pay customs fees, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may not be eligible for refund and may incur additional shipping charges.
