Refund policy
Rocky Gap Publishing, LLC accepts returns of unused, undamaged books in original condition, subject to the terms below.
Individual Orders
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The book must be unused and undamaged

The book must be returned in its original condition

Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue

Photographs of the damage, if applicable
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Institutional and Bulk Orders
Returns for institutional, library, and bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be arranged in advance. Purchase orders and invoiced sales may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

Books that show signs of use, annotation, or wear

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Bulk orders where return terms were not agreed upon in advance
